Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Sales and Business Development
- Achieve regional sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales and operational teams.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across branches, offices, or assigned territories.
- Ensure efficient resource utilisation and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Market Analysis and Planning
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regional business plans, forecasts, and sales projections.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain solid relationships with key accounts and major customers.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.




- Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and submit periodic sales, revenue, and operational reports.
- Track KPIs, budgets, profitability, and target achievement.
- Present regional performance updates and improvement plans to senior management.
