Recruitment Manager (Campus recruitment specialist )

Role Overview We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 45 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters, while independently handling recruitment for senior and critical positions. The candidate should also have a valuable understanding of campus recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, salary negotiation, offer release and joining follow-ups.
- Independently handle senior-level, managerial and specialised hiring requirements.
- Lead, guide and review the performance of 45 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters.
- Allocate hiring requirements, set recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants and other channels.
- Build relationships with college placement cells and coordinate campus recruitment drives, assessments and interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment progress, offer acceptance, joining status and dropouts, and share regular reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
