Role Description The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily tasks include communicating with applicants, scheduling and tracking interview processes, assisting in onboarding and training coordination, and updating recruitment reports.



The intern will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help improve recruitment workflows, and support employer branding initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with an interest in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Ability to assist with interviewing processes, including coordination and basic candidate assessment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in training and onboarding support for new team members.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort working in an on-site, cooperative environment in Mumbai.
- Proficiency in basic HR tools, spreadsheets, and online job platforms is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
