People Media Factory (PMF) is a film and media production company involved in creating content for the entertainment industry. We are looking for an experienced VFX Recruiter with strong industry connections and proven expertise in hiring specialised talent across visual effects, animation and post-production.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled VFX Recruiter who can identify, attract and hire specialised VFX artists and creative professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for VFX studios, animation companies, film production houses or post-production studios, along with a strong network of industry professionals across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for VFX, animation and post-production roles.
- Source and recruit specialised professionals, including Compositors, Roto Artists, Matchmove Artists, Lighting Artists, FX Artists, CG Artists, 3D Artists and other VFX specialists.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, industry networks and other sourcing channels.
- Develop relationships with VFX artists, production teams, studio professionals and industry contacts across India.
- Understand project requirements, technical skills, experience levels and creative competencies needed for each position.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and regular hiring reports.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups.




- Meet recruitment targets while ensuring candidate quality and timely closures.
- Track VFX industry hiring trends, talent availability and competitor talent pools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4–10 years of overall recruitment experience, preferably with substantial experience in VFX, animation, gaming or media and entertainment recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring specialised VFX artists and creative production professionals.
- Strong understanding of VFX production pipelines, artist roles and the skills required for different creative positions.
- Experience sourcing candidates from VFX studios, animation companies, film production houses or post-production organisations.
- Robust sourcing, networking, screening, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver against hiring timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex and other recruitment platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with established VFX or animation studios.
- An active network of VFX artists and creative professionals across India.
- A proven record of closing niche and specialised creative roles.
- Experience supporting large-scale or project-based VFX hiring.
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work from the office.
