We are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and senior-level positions across our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate should have robust hospitality recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate office and senior-level positions across hotel properties.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and periodic recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely completion of hiring requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant experience in recruitment within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Experience in hiring senior management and corporate-level positions is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment MIS.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
