JOB SUMMARY
Your next chapter — create locomotion packs, emotes, and expressive character animations for Roblox. Use body mechanics, timing, and weight to convey personality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create Fortnite-style emotes and dance animations.
Build locomotion packs — idle, walk, run, jump, swim.
Nail timing, weight, and expression loops that feel right in-game.
Refine animations through feedback and testing.
Guide 5–6 freelance animators alongside own work — briefs, feedback, and quality delivery.
WHAT MATTERS
Character animation experience in Blender and a solid portfolio/showreel.
Animation taste, care, and ownership — able to explain choices clearly.
1–2+ years of experience (not a strict minimum) — independent and small-team project experience counts.
Roblox Studio / Unity knowledge welcome, but not required.
