Handle customer queries professionally through chat and calls.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
Record and update customer interactions correctly.
Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience.
Follow company processes and quality guidelines.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Solid written English and typing skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable with both Chat and Voice support.
