Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Charge Posting/Charge Entry team.
Ensure accurate and timely posting of charges as per client guidelines.
Monitor team productivity, quality, TAT, SLA, and pending charges.
Review CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, POS, and charge-related errors.
Conduct quality audits and provide coaching/feedback to team members.
Handle escalations and coordinate with Coding, Billing, QA, and Operations teams.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, and client requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
