We are looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our International Non-Voice Process in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation and be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.
Ensure accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
Handle sensitive or potentially inappropriate content professionally.
Maintain required quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate teams.
Stay updated with process guidelines and policy changes.
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation.
Experience in International Non-Voice / Content Moderation preferred.
Any Graduates can apply.
Positive English communication and comprehension skills.
Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to 5.8 LPA
Up to 30% hike on previous CTC, based on experience and eligibility.
