CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) – ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: Negotiable / Based on Interview & Experience

Job Role: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the complete Accounts and Finance function.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, and taxation matters.
Manage sales, purchase, service, expense, and general ledger accounting.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer outstanding, and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, cash-flow reports, and management reports.
Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and financial reconciliations.
Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audit requirements.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, and financial controls.
Review costing, profitability, expenses, and business margins.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.




Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and financial processes.

Required Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
Excellent knowledge of receivables, payables, working capital, and cash-flow management.
Strong experience with accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate MIS reports.
Robust knowledge of audit procedures and statutory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage the Accounts and Finance Department.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience
Charted Accountant: 5 years (Preferred)
