We are looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Executive to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth. The role involves frequent field visits, customer interactions, lead generation, product/service promotion, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct frequent field visits to meet customers and generate current business opportunities.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
Present and explain products/services to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Support customer onboarding and post-sales activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
Monitor market and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience in sales, customer relations,



business development, or a related field can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Knowledge of the Bangalore market is an advantage.
Any degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience can apply
