redit Controller – Telecalling & Collections
Job Summary:
Responsible for customer payment follow-ups, collection calls, and managing outstanding receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Make regular calls to customers for pending payment follow-ups .
Track outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
Coordinate with Accounts, Billing and KAM teams for payment-related issues.
Maintain daily follow-up and collection MIS.
Ensure timely collection and reduction of outstanding dues.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate overdue cases.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and telecalling skills.
Robust follow-up and convincing ability.
Basic Excel/MIS knowledge.
Target-oriented and persistent.
Experience in collections, telecalling, credit control or accounts receivable preferred.
