Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused D2C Sales Executive to drive direct-to-consumer sales through online platforms, retail channels, and customer outreach programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce, consumer buying behavior, and excellent sales & communication skills to convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales via D2C channels including website, marketplaces (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart), social commerce, and retail outlets.
Execute product promotions, campaigns, and offers to increase conversions.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to guide purchase decisions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and qualify leads through social media, CRM, and marketing funnel.
Ensure smooth order processing, coordination with logistics, and post-sale support.
Analyze customer feedback and buying patterns to optimize product offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design sales materials and digital campaigns.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer data using CRM tools.




Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in D2C, B2C, or eCommerce sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust understanding of D2C platforms, digital ads, and customer experience.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and order management systems.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Passionate about delivering value and building customer relationships.

Preferred:
Experience in a startup or fast-growing D2C brand.
Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or online brand building.
