You own SolveDet's entire marketing function — a one-person department to begin with, and the mandate to build it. You run our digital presence end to end: Google Ads, Meta, influencer partnerships, and everything in between.

What you'll do
Own and run the full marketing function across channels
Plan and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
Build and manage influencer- and partnership-led marketing
Track, measure, and optimise spend against quality lead generation
Shape the brand's voice and presence as the practice grows

Who we're looking for
A proven track record running digital marketing across Google,



Meta, and influencer channels
A hands-on operator comfortable owning the function solo
Solid on performance metrics and lead quality, not just reach
Experience marketing financial or SME-facing services a plus
