Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
Ensure smooth operation of production machinery by minimizing electrical breakdowns and downtime.
Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, cables, motors, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment.
Perform electrical installation, modification, and commissioning of current machines and equipment.
Maintain and update electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and maintenance records.
Monitor and maintain power distribution systems within the plant.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for planned maintenance activities.
Identify recurring electrical problems and implement root-cause analysis (RCA)



and corrective actions.
Maintain adequate inventory of critical electrical spare parts.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, LOTO procedures, and statutory regulations.
Support energy-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce electrical power consumption.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers whenever required.
Maintain daily maintenance reports, breakdown records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
