Day-to-Day IT support and operations related to AD, Exchange, Email gateway and O365 application issues.
Windows & MAC laptop and desktop troubleshooting with installation of softwares.
License, Patch Management, Backup Management.
Ensure all the endpoint machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliance.
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
Ensure Vulnerability & Patch management across the setting & maintain records of the same.
Provide timely resolution to service issues raised by users as per SLA.
Interact with vendors for hardware and software related issues.
Manage IT Asset and keep inventory up to date.
Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns.
