Job Overview
We are looking for a Hotel Management Graduate to join our F&B; Service team. The candidate will be responsible for guest service, order taking, food and beverage service, table setup, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
Prepare and maintain proper table setup.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B; teams.
Attend to guest requests and service requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
Follow F&B; SOPs and safety standards.
Support the team during events and peak hours.
