Frontend Developer Team Lead

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor frontend developers.
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Vue.js.
Collaborate directly with US-based clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best development practices.
Work closely with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills
Robust experience in React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS.
Experience leading a small team or mentoring developers.
Valuable understanding of REST APIs and Git.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.

Ideal Candidate A proactive frontend developer with 3+ years of experience, leadership potential, and solid communication skills to work directly with US-based clients.
