Profile Description & Key Responsibilities We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1
year of experience to join the BICAds team.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and
other marketing creatives.
Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design
requirements.
Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of
creatives.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style across all
designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and
composition.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of Canva and other design tools will be an added advantage.
Creative thinking and a good eye for detail.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
Good time-management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Robust portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Kondhwa, Pune.
