Executive – Warehouse & Sort Center Operations | CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd
Managing day-to-day inbound and outbound operations at the Meesho Sort Center.
Planning and deploying manpower across Executive, Supervisor, DEO, TL, Associates, and support teams.
Ensuring timely vehicle placement, loading/unloading, dispatch, and vehicle release as per cut-off and SLA.
Monitoring shipment flow, sorting, primary, bagging, putting, RTO, and LMDC operations.
Managing floor operations and ensuring smooth movement of shipments with minimum pendency.
Monitoring operational performance, productivity, SLA adherence, and cut-off compliance.
Conducting daily team briefings and ensuring SOP, process, and safety compliance.
Handling operational escalations, identifying root causes,



and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinating with transport, manpower vendors, Meesho teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
Preparing and sharing daily MIS, manpower, productivity, shipment, and operational status reports.
Managing peak-sale and high-volume operations through pre-planning, manpower allocation, and capacity management.
Ensuring FIFO, inventory accuracy, shipment quality, and process discipline across the sort center.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce delays, and maintain service quality.
