We are looking for a Web Developer & Recruiter to work on assigned web development projects and support the company’s recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update websites/web applications for assigned projects.
Fix bugs and ensure positive website performance.
Understand project requirements and complete development tasks on time.
Source candidates through Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Search for suitable candidates in nearby/local areas when required.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Use company-provided recruitment funds only for approved recruitment expenses such as candidate sourcing, advertising, and local recruitment activities. These funds are not the employee’s salary.
Requirements
Experience in web development and relevant technologies.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Experience with Indeed/recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for recruitment when required.
Compensation Salary: Based on experience and skills. Recruitment Budget: Provided separately by the company for approved recruitment expenses.
