Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations, while ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and effective team management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting including payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, Cash-flow, and financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Handle manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and expense control.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Review accounting entries, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy.




Lead and supervise the Accounts team.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Operations, and Management on finance-related matters.

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Experience in financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
Robust analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
