We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to manage and lead the kitchen operations of our 3-star hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, managing the kitchen team, planning menus, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Chef in a hotel.
Valuable knowledge of Indian and international cuisines.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hotel environment.
Culinary / Hotel Management qualification will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
