Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, order management, inventory coordination, online promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, etc.
Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions accurately.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams.
Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Handle marketplace promotions, offers, and discount campaigns.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely delivery.
Monitor customer reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Ensure all online platforms are updated with current inventory and pricing.




Coordinate with marketing team for online campaigns and social media promotions.
Resolve marketplace issues, claims, and seller support queries.

Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Attention to detail and time management
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred

Preferred Experience
Experience handling Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms
Knowledge of inventory management and online order processing

Salary As per company standards and experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
