Role & responsibilities
Lead the Tundish Management portfolio across all customer locations.
Drive business growth, profitability, and customer retention.
Build robust relationships with steel plant customers and key stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership in tundish refractory applications, continuous casting operations, and performance improvement.
Ensure effective execution of Tundish Management contracts and service delivery.
Monitor operational, safety, quality, and financial performance across sites.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical service team.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic or Metallurgical Engineering
Experience
Min. 15 years of experience in refractories, steel, continuous casting, or technical service operations.
Proven experience in managing customer-facing technical service businesses and large teams.
Solid communication & leadership skills
Experience of Tundish management is mandatory
