Role & responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily EPP production activities to achieve production schedules and customer requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
Monitor production performance, productivity, rejection levels, and machine efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality department to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to production processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
Lead and supervise shop-floor personnel and promote a secure and disciplined working setting.
Coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, wastage, and process losses.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Support recent product development, trial runs, and process improvements whenever required.
Train and develop team members to improve operational efficiency and skill levels.
