Job Summary:

Clinic Dermatech is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings, orders, inventory, and sales across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online marketplaces.
Process online orders and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle product returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with marketplace representatives regarding account updates and promotions.
Assist in planning online offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.




Maintain product information and required platform documentation.
Monitor marketplace performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams for daily operations.

Requirements:
2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
