Role & responsibilities
Own month-end closing, financial reporting and MIS.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
Drive revenue, margin and unit economics analysis.
Manage GST, TDS, tax, ROC and payroll compliances.
Handle statutory/internal audits and identify tax/cost leakages.
Strengthen SOPs, financial controls and accounting processes.
Preferred candidate profile
CA with 36 years experience post-qualification.
Robust MIS, budgeting, and analysis skills.
Solid on GST, TDS; hands-on with Accounting/ERP software.
Startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity and doing the work yourself.
Curious about the business — asks why the number moved, not just what it is.
