Role Description The Faculty role at Axon School Synergies is an in office position based in Kota. The faculty member will conduct classroom teaching for NEET, JEE, and Olympiad-focused subjects, following the organization’s curriculum and teaching methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include lesson planning, delivering concept-oriented lectures, designing practice questions, assessing student performance through tests, and providing targeted academic guidance.

The role also involves collaborating with school staff,



participating in academic review meetings, and supporting students with doubt resolution and exam strategies.

Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology relevant to NEET, JEE, and Olympiad preparation.
Demonstrated experience in teaching students of Classes 6 to 12 for competitive exams or board examinations.
Ability to design structured lesson plans, assessments, and practice materials aligned with exam patterns.
Effective classroom management, communication, and student mentoring skills to support diverse learning needs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Science, Engineering, or related fields); teaching certifications are an advantage.
