We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to build targeted prospect databases, find and verify business emails, and run high-volume cold email campaigns to generate qualified business prospects.

Key responsibilities include
Extract targeted business data from Google Maps, business directories, websites, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources
Find business emails using company websites, domains, business names, phone lists, and available prospect information
Use AI-powered prospecting, email discovery, and data-enrichment tools
Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, Owners, Directors, CEOs, and Marketing Heads
Verify emails and maintain clean, accurate prospect databases
Segment prospect lists based on industry, location, company type, and other targeting criteria
Plan and execute bulk cold email campaigns on a daily basis
Set up automated email sequences and follow-ups
Use AI tools for prospect research, personalization, and campaign preparation
Monitor bounce rates, replies, deliverability, sender reputation, and campaign performance
Track positive responses, qualified leads, and business opportunities generated
Maintain unsubscribe, suppression, and exclusion lists

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cold email outreach,



email lead generation, data extraction, prospect research, or email marketing preferred.
