IILM Lucknow is looking for a Digital Marketing qualified with 3–5 years of experience to join our Admissions & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & Instagram campaigns for lead generation.
Drive and optimise quality leads, CPL, conversions and admissions.
Manage content on education aggregators like Shiksha, CollegeDekho, etc.
Handle SEO, keyword research and digital marketing analytics.
Create social media posts, ad creatives, brochures and banners.
Coordinate with the Admissions Team for lead quality and campaign performance.
Required Skills
Google Ads | Meta Ads | Lead Generation | SEO | Content Writing | Digital Analytics
Designing Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
Education/EdTech industry experience will be an advantage.

Experience: 3–5 Years | Full time
