Position Summary

NexusIQ Solutions is looking for a motivated MBA Finance fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, invoicing, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and verify customer invoices and vendor bills.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Track receivables, payables, expenses, and payments.
Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support GST, TDS, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external consultants.




Support the Finance Manager/CFO in financial analysis and other assigned activities.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance fundamentals.
Good MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
Basic understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Zoho Books / ERP / accounting software is an advantage.

Qualification

MBA / PGDM – Finance-- any students who have already graduated and are currently seeking employment prospects.
