Role & responsibilities
To Lead the Team of about 20 including the Line Managers with different functionality viz., Billing & Receivable, Payable, Banking and Payment Processing and Virtual Card Payments.
Overall financial management including planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and working capital management.
Periodical MIS Reporting on Receivable, Payable, Commission Receivable, variance analysis on Budgeting / Cash Flow Management, Profit and Loss Account, Client Wise Earnings etc.,
Robust Taxation Back Ground - Both Direct including Income Tax / TDS obligations and on GST, Ensuring Statutory Compliance and timely audit closure
Commercial evaluation of Sales and Vendor Contracts, payment terms, credit worthiness of Clients etc.,
Coordination with Banks, Auditors, Consultants, Company Secretary and other stake holders.
Support the Top Management for decision making by supplementing required information with financial data.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate with skilled qualification, Inter CA/CMA or MBA with 10 to 15 Years of Experience, preferrably from a Process & travel management company.
