Store staff will report to Sales officer directly.

Maintain customer level Index.
Meeting customers for conversion
Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
Dealer servicing
Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
to resolve the same.
Maintain dir accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups withx
Sleek/Bath/UPVC/WT
Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any -
Sleek/Bath/UPVC
Execution of Hygiene areas
Drive Store Operational excellence
Focus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion
Team training
Team grooming in coordination with central training team.
