Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice-based communication in French.
Communicate effectively with international customers and resolve their queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Required Skills
French B2 certification is mandatory.
1+ year of international experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in a voice process is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office
