Database

Maintenance - Maintain master database files (Item Master, Price Master, Customer Master, etc.).
100% accuracy and updated entries in Master files.
Ensure transaction database file maintenance compliance.
100% compliance with transaction file maintenance.
100% accurate and complete IDS reports.

Housekeeping - Follow proper posting and backup procedures.




100% compliance with posting and backup procedures.
Maintain historical transactions as per requirements.
Historical transaction data is well maintained.

Order

Management - Process market orders and manage systemic stock allocation.
100% accurate invoices and e invoices.

Decision

Support & Information Mgmt - Ensure accurate postings in P&G; customized reports.
