Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
Develop asynchronous processing workflows using Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ.
Build interactive dashboards, data grids, charts, and real-time application features.
Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries.
Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development or Python Development.
Solid hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.




Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications.
Proficiency in React.js or Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis.
Familiarity with Celery or message queues for asynchronous processing.
Working knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of web security fundamentals and OWASP risks.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
Experience with large datasets, virtualized tables, or AG Grid.
Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time updates.
Familiarity with PyTest, Jest, or Playwright.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Chart.js, Plotly, or D3.js.
Knowledge of application monitoring and performance optimization.
Interest in AI/ML or Generative AI.
