Sr. D365 F&O; Finance Support Lead (6A/6B)

Experience: 14+ years, including robust D365 F&O; Finance and AMS leadership experience.
Lead global L2/L3 support for D365 F&O; Finance across RTR, PTP, OTC, Project Accounting, Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank,



Budgeting and related processes.
Own incident, SLA, escalation, problem and service management, including major incident coordination and stakeholder communication.
Provide functional oversight for data fixes, regional customizations, integrations, production assurance and finance-critical periods.
Drive team governance, knowledge management, root-cause elimination, continual improvement and service reporting.
Coordinate with technical teams, Microsoft, business stakeholders and external application owners.
