Major responsibilities and technical support activities for EUC role.
Installing and configuring client computer systems.
Responding to client IT support requests and providing in office technical support.
Coordinating with vendors (OEMs) for hardware issues until closure.
Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
Addressing P1 and P2 ticket issues and offering solutions that meet client needs.
Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Supporting asset management, project activities, and data center operations.
Coordinating with other teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintaining solid client relations.
Tracking work records and compiling job reports.
Preferred Immediate to 15 days joiner Work Mode: WFO/ 24*7 Shift
Work Location: Mumbai (Malad west), Bangalore (Bellandur)
