Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Fresher to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting and finance, positive analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Record and maintain financial transactions and supporting documents.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Support preparation of financial reports, MIS reports, and expense statements.
Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
Verify invoices, bills, and other financial documents for accuracy.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Assist the team with budgeting, forecasting,



and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with 01 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools is an advantage.
