THE ROLE

You will own the accounting and financial management for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across all group entities • Handle invoicing, receivables, payables and contractor payments
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing
Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow reports per brand and at group level
Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and compliance

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control




Coordinate with external auditors and banks
Set up and improve financial processes as the group grows

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a rela ted field • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
Solid knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books or QuickBooks preferred)
Solid Excel skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple entities
Valuable written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE
Experience in multi-entity or service-based b usinesses • Progress toward ACCA, CMA or CPA
