Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
Follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims to ensure timely resolution.
Verify claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and outstanding balances.
Identify claim discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate call notes and update claim status in the system.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable English communication and listening skills.
Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing preferred.
Knowledge of AR calling, claim follow-up, and denial management will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a night shift and a fast-paced setting.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
