Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure an excellent guest experience. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, understanding their requirements, resolving concerns, and maintaining robust guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
Assist guests with reservations, seating, check-in/check-out, or other requirements as applicable.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their visit.
Coordinate with Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and other departments.
Handle guest complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain records of guest feedback, preferences, and complaints.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Promote restaurant/hotel services, offers, and facilities.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Ensure company hospitality and service standards are followed.




Support management in maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Restaurant, Hotel, or Hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospitality software is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Valuable English and Hindi communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
