An F&B; (Food & Beverage) Steward is responsible for assisting the hotel’s Food & Beverage department in providing clean, efficient, and hygienic service to guests. The steward supports restaurants, banquets, room service, and other food-service operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and clean tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Assist waiters and captains in serving food and beverages.
Explicit used plates, glasses, and other items from guest tables.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, banquet area, and service areas.
Wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment when required.
Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other guest supplies.
Assist in preparing restaurant and banquet areas before and after service.
Follow hotel standards for hygiene, food safety, and guest service.
Handle equipment and supplies carefully to prevent damage.




Assist with buffet setup and clearance.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas.
Support the F&B; team during busy periods and special events.
Follow instructions from supervisors, captains, and managers.
Maintain a polite, qualified, and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues.

Required Skills
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Ability to work under pressure and for long periods.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of basic hotel safety and hygiene procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
