Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Madwater Brewery is looking for a polished and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a high-quality overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome guests and provide a warm and qualified first impression.

· Manage guest seating and coordinate table allocation.

· Handle reservations, guest requests and special occasions.

· Maintain regular communication with the floor team regarding guest requirements.

· Handle guest feedback and service concerns professionally.

· Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.

· Support VIP and repeat guests with personalised service.

· Coordinate with Captains, Hostess, Bar and Kitchen teams.

· Maintain guest information and reservation records.

· Assist in managing peak-hour guest flow.

· Support management in maintaining guest-service standards.

Requirements





· 2–5 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, pubs or lounges.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and polished personality.

· Robust guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.

· Positive knowledge of restaurant/hospitality operations.

· Presentable and well-groomed.

· Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
