Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests professionally.
Handle guest requests and enquiries.
Manage guest relations and ensure a smooth experience.
Coordinate with hotel departments for guest requirements.
Assist with VIP guest services when required.
Requirements:
Hospitality background preferred.
5-star/luxury hotel experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified grooming and guest-handling skills.
