Responsibilities:
Set Spark EDM/Wirecut machines with proper electrode, tool height, and coordinates.
Validate programs, perform dry run if required, and approve first part.
Guide operators on job continuation and preventive issues.
Ensure fixture reuse and minimize setup times.
Operate EDM or Wirecut machines based on daily job list.
