Job Requirements
Achieve daily production targets through effective manpower planning and shift management.
Supervise production activities as per production plan, SOPs, and BMR requirements.
Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, and process efficiency.
Ensure product quality by maintaining process parameters and coordinating with QC.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and SAP transactions.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, EHS, and safety standards.
Investigate deviations, implement CAPA, and reduce oduction losses.
Train operators and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
