Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and MIS reports.
Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis and management insights.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Establish and maintain solid internal financial controls and accounting processes.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial position of the organization.
Review financial transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.




Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and business decision-making.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Manage, mentor, and guide the finance and accounting team.
