Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, in office role based at the MMA Matrix facility in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This role involves greeting members and visitors, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner. The receptionist will handle appointment scheduling, membership queries, basic clerical tasks, and coordination with trainers and other staff.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a tidy reception area, managing customer records, processing payments as needed,



and supporting smooth front desk operations to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications
Solid customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with members, visitors, and team members.
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting guests, managing front desk processes, and coordinating appointments.
Good phone etiquette and ability to handle incoming calls, inquiries, cold calling and follow-ups in a courteous and efficient manner.
Clerical skills such as basic data entry, record keeping, handling forms, and managing simple administrative tasks.
Comfort working in a fitness or gym environment and interest in health and wellness.
Ability to work in office full-time, including early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as required.
Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, membership software) and ability to learn current systems quickly.
Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
